My Expertise
I am a clinical pharmacist, nutrition health coach, and intuitive eating counselor. I graduated UCSD Pharmacy School in 2013 and Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2023. I have worked with many patients with chronic disease states and many clients who want to improve their health and wellness. I stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in health and wellness, so that I can provide the best possible guidance to my clients.
